Finely dice the onion and sauté in butter until translucent. Add the flour and cook for 3–4 minutes while stirring.

Bring the milk to a boil and keep it on low heat, stirring occasionally.

Combine the seafood and the cream-sour cream dressing into the boiling milk.

200–250g frozen seafood mix (морской коктейль) 350ml milk 150ml heavy cream (35%) 50g sour cream (40% preferred) 1/2 tbsp flour 1/2 tbsp butter Salt, pepper, fresh herbs (to taste) Defrost the seafood mix.

Pour in the cream and sour cream, stirring until the mixture thickens (about 5 minutes).
