The episode focuses on the multiple battles occurring across the moving Sea Train, Puffing Tom , as the Straw Hats and their allies attempt to rescue Nico Robin.

On the roof of the train, Franky continues his fight against the CP9 rookie, Nero. Nero identifies Franky’s weak spot—his back, which is still made of human flesh unlike his cybernetic front. To counter this, Franky hilariously lies flat on the roof so Nero cannot reach it. Frustrated, Nero demands a serious fight, prompting Franky to reveal his bizarre "Franky Centaur" form.
