The exam is divided into three primary weighted domains (as per current 2022–2026 specifications):
Focuses on menu development, procurement, food production, distribution, sanitation, safety, and equipment management.
Includes roughly 30 "pretest" questions that do not count toward your score but are used to trial future exam items. Core Content Domains
