The story follows a local clan leader, (played by Chen Kuan Tai), who turns into a sadistic tyrant after his wife is killed and his son's arms are severed by rivals. His son is outfitted with mechanical iron arms, and together they terrorize a village, systematically crippling anyone who crosses them.
