Grace Ryder (Sierra McClain) is trapped in a blizzard with Billy Tyson (Billy Burke). As she goes into labor, Billy attempts to hot-wire an abandoned tour bus for warmth and shelter. After Billy passes out from accidentally swallowing gasoline while siphoning fuel, Grace is left to deliver the baby with the help of her coworkers who eventually track her down.

T.K. Strand (Ronen Rubinstein) remains in a coma, experiencing a "dreamscape" where he interacts with his mother, Gwyn (Lisa Edelstein). She urges him to "stop dying" and return to the real world.
